My story
Hi, I’m Delia — a High Performance Coach from Barcelona. Having lived in six countries, my perspective has been shaped by twenty years across design, business, sport, and personal growth.
My path hasn’t been linear. I’ve navigated career changes, uncertainty, setbacks, and moments that challenged my sense of direction. Along the way, I learned that lasting performance isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about reducing inner noise, directing your attention, and reconnecting with your inner compass.
Whether I’m snowboarding, surfing, painting, or practicing yoga, I return to the same lesson: when the mind settles, movement and performance become fluid. I bring this lived perspective to my coaching, helping you cultivate the self-trust and focus needed to thrive in your own arena.

My coaching is a blend of psychological strategy, creative insight, and practical application. Rooted in the Inner Game, I focus on the person behind the performance, helping you bridge the gap between technical skill and mental mastery.

As an athlete and artist, I’ve seen firsthand that performing at your peak requires a quiet mind. My coaching is not about rigidly pushing through obstacles; it is about developing the mental flexibility to adapt, pivot, and thrive in any environment.
