My story
Hi, I’m Delia — an Inner Performance Coach & Graphic Artist from Barcelona. Having lived in six countries, my perspective is built on twenty years at the intersection of design, business, sport, and personal growth.
Beyond technical skill, the real work happens internally. I’ve navigated my own nonlinear path — through blocks, anxiety, and loss — to learn that true performance isn't about pushing harder; it’s about reducing the noise and reconnecting with your inner compass.
Whether I’m snowboarding, surfing, running, or practicing yoga, I’ve found the same principles apply: fluid movement requires a quiet mind. I bring this experiential perspective to coaching — helping you build trust in yourself and find a sustainable way to thrive and perform from the inside out.
