My Story
Hi, I’m Delia — a Creative Leadership Coach & Graphic Artist from Barcelona. Having lived in six countries, I’ve built a career that bridges creativity, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

I’ve worked across design, art, marketing, sales, and leadership — experiences that taught me to adapt quickly, communicate deeply, and guide others through change. My love of movement and nature — from snowboarding and surfing to barefoot running and yoga — shapes my approach to life: fluid, intentional, and fully present.

My path hasn’t always been linear. I’ve faced creative block, anxiety, and personal loss, moments that led me into deep therapeutic and holistic work. Learning to listen inward and reconnect with my inner compass became turning points that reshaped how I live and lead.​ Success isn’t just about talent, it’s about mindset, energy, and the courage to grow.

My coaching is shaped by creativity, movement, and a deep respect for nature. Having lived worldwide, I bring a global perspective and an openness to different ways of seeing and growing.

At heart, I’m both an artist and an athlete. The ocean, mountains, and trails remind me to stay fluid, resilient, and fully present, qualities I bring into my coaching partnerships.

Just as nature moves in cycles of change, I see coaching as a living process, one that helps you release what no longer serves you and step into new chapters with clarity, confidence, and freedom.
